◆ 「失敗並不可怕，它是成長的養分」這句話我們耳熟能詳，但在現實生活中，我們往往對失敗感到恐懼和羞愧。然而這個活動卻鼓勵我們正視失敗，將其視為成長的契機。在這次的小聚中，我們有幸聆聽了多位勇敢的分享者，他們毫無保留地分享了自己在人生或事業中曾經遭遇的挫折和失敗。這些分享者來自不同領域，有的是企業家，有的是創業者，有的是專業人士。他們的故事各不相同，但都有一個共同點，那就是他們從失敗中站起來，並從中汲取了寶貴的經驗。

[ENG] #EventRecap Last week (1/18), the TTaipei Leadership Village Rotary Club hosted a fantastic Xfail Failure Event in Taipei! We're incredibly grateful to everyone who paid to attend and especially want to thank Solid for his generous support, promoting the event, and to the brave souls who shared their stories on stage!
◆ "Failure is not fatal, it's an opportunity to learn," is a familiar saying, but in reality, we often fear and shy away from failure. However, this event encouraged us to face failure head-on and see it as a chance to grow. We were fortunate to hear from several courageous speakers who shared their personal and professional setbacks without holding back. From entrepreneurs to professionals, their stories were diverse but united by one common thread: they've all risen from the ashes of failure and gained invaluable experience.
◆ Your support made this event a huge success: This event wouldn't have been possible without your incredible support! Our inspiring speakers touched our hearts, showing us that failure isn't the end of the road but a new beginning. They encouraged us to be bold, to try new things, and not fear failure because every setback is an opportunity to learn. Through this gathering, we not only realized that failure is an inevitable part of life but also learned how to turn failures into stepping stones to a brighter future.
